Taposé on iPad fulfills Microsoft Courier vaporware

If you anticipated the Microsoft Courier concept as much as I did and mourned its demise along with me, you might be interested to know about the just approved iPad app called Taposé. It costs $2.99 in the iTunes store and brings a wide range of productivity tools to the iPad that may remind you of the unfulfilled promises of Microsoft’s Courier.

Taposé utilizes the cloud for collaboration, a modern interface, multitasking, and a split screen for greater efficiency. The project was successfully funded on Kickstarter to begin with. You can follow the bumpy road the developers had to get Apple’s approval from the Tapose blog.

Learn more about it and check out the features from Tapose.com.
