Google+ receives end of the year updates

Google summarized a few changes for Google+ this morning in an announcement via the Official Google blog.

The new features include “volume” control on notifications you receive from people in your circles so you don’t get overwhelmed by one person who uses Google+ to post everything.

Other features include more functional notifications and improvements to brands/business Google+ pages. Google+ pages can now have up to 50 assigned managers, they feature a new notification flow to keep those managers in the loop, and your +1/Circle activity are compiled in one location.

Lastly, Google+ is proud of its new Lightbox to enhance the photo viewing experience.
