Google Doodle celebrates the anniversary of the 1st Drive-in Movie Theater

79 years ago, the first Drive-In Movie Theater opened its doors… err, gates to the public in Camden, New Jersey. Visit the History Channel website to read more about the first “park-in theaters” and their history.

Meanwhile, Google’s Doodle today at www.google.com celebrates the first drive-in’s 79th anniversary with an embedded video.
